Canada’s July Trade Surplus Narrows to C$769 Million
Canada recorded a merchandise trade surplus for the fifth consecutive month in July, although the balance narrowed sharply from June. The latest figures show stronger trade with countries outside the United States, even as Canada-U.S. trade weakened during the month, Statistics Canada said.
